Our Story

All Burn Chilli was born from Paul’s early submarine career in the Navy where he spent alot of time in S/E Asia enjoying the local spicy foods, fuelling his passion for heat and flavour.

Back in Australia he couldn’t find Chilli sauces that had the same authenticity and exotic flavour profiles he liked so he decided to make his own. Paul started the company with four hot sauces, Blazing Plum, Tomato Trauma, Pineapple panic and Mango Meltdown.

Kris joined the company full time in 2016 bringing her artistic flare and knack for flavour combinations that are to die for! Since then All Burn Chilli has grown to feature over 30 multi-award winning products.

Our label artist Fiona Goldthorpe is responsible for the quirky, colourful eye catching product labels which customers have grown to know and love. (see FIona’s Bio in her section of ‘Our Story’)

Here at All Burn Chilli we focus on using fresh locally sourced WA produce to create our multi-award winning hot and mild sauces, chilli infused oils, chilli chutneys and relishes, chilli jellies, chilli salts, BBQ rubs and nut clusters.

We don’t use unnecessary additives, binders or preservatives. The majority of our products are also gluten free.

All our products are made in small batches, by hand and with just the right amount of love.

We are a family owned and operated local West Australian business.

We pride ourselves in combining flavour and heat in our products. The heat meter on the side of our labels will always guide you to the appropriate level for your individual tastes.
